Introductory Call

I offer a 20 minute introductory call over Zoom or phone call. This is a allocated time to meet me and see if I am the right counsellor for you!

Sessions

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length. At our first session, the length is extended to 70 minutes due to going over essential paperwork connected to GDPR and Confidentiality. The first session is priced the same as the continuing 50 minute sessions.

Platforms

I offer sessions over Zoom and over the phone. This can be changed throughout sessions due to suitability.

I am currently not offering in person sessions but will be soon in late 2026!

Pricing

My price per session is £30.

There are no concessional prices as I have tried to keep the session fee at an affordable rate.
