My Experience
I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages and backgrounds within educational settings. I’ve worked in local colleges with clients aged 16–65, supporting people through a range of experiences including anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as working with neurodivergent individuals.
This experience has taught me that everyone’s story is different, and that there isn’t one approach that works for everyone. I take the time to listen and understand what you need, helping you feel heard, accepted and supported without judgement.
I’ve also worked in a primary school with children aged 5–11, using play therapy to help children express feelings and experiences that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. This has strengthened my belief in meeting each person where they are and finding ways of working that feel comfortable and meaningful for them.
Whatever brings you to counselling, my experience allows me to offer a calm, understanding and flexible space where we can work together at your pace.
